A 30-minute recording costs about 478 credits to bring in. That covers the transcript, the frames, and indexing both, so a draft can quote them and point at where each quote came from. Starter covers about one half-hour recording a month on that basis. Pro covers about 18 half-hour recordings. Documents, posts and code cost a small fraction of a recording.

Credits
Credits are spent on the work of bringing material in and making it usable. Reading a 30-minute recording is the most expensive thing you will do regularly, so the ladder is easiest to judge in those.
Text costs a small fraction of that. Connecting a repository, a document, or a post you already published is cheap, and asking questions about material already in your workspace does not repeat the cost of bringing it in.
