for editors and studios with recurring clients

Every client's next video, already figured out.

Their docs, releases, posts and past work become an angle and a draft that cites the material behind every line — before the timeline opens.

Before: Six retainer clients, six folders, and the same discovery call every month to work out what the video was even about.

After: A package per client per week: the proposed angle, the draft, and the material each line came from.

The prep was the part I was never paid for. Now I start the week already knowing what each client’s video is.

Show up with the angle already found

Whatever they actually give you — docs, release notes, past posts, a repo if they have one — becomes one specific story worth telling, with the evidence attached. Not a discovery call to schedule.

The decision is on the record, not in the thread

Approvals, change requests and rejected angles are kept against the piece — so what the client agreed to is a thing you can open, not a message you have to find.

Written from their material, not your memory of it

The draft is written from that client’s own material and cites it line by line, so what you send back is checkable against their work rather than your memory of it.

What you change is what it learns

Every rewrite and every rejected angle is kept against the piece, and the corrections you keep repeating stop appearing in the next draft.

Questions

Is there a free plan?
There is no permanent free plan. Starter includes the complete ReadyToEdit workflow from $20 per month, with fewer monthly credits than the higher plans.
What do I need to get started?
Connect whatever already contains your work: social accounts, documents, images, recordings, or GitHub. ReadyToEdit uses that material to find stories and create grounded drafts. You do not need to reorganize everything first.
What does my editor receive?
A clear angle, the draft, the evidence behind its claims, the relevant assets you connected, and the history of any revisions or decisions. Your editor receives the context behind the content, not just another block of text.
Does ReadyToEdit edit or publish the content for me?
No. ReadyToEdit prepares the content and the handoff. You or your editor still make the final production decisions and publish it. Nothing is approved without you.
How do credits work?
Credits are used when ReadyToEdit processes source material, creates drafts, and applies AI-powered revisions. Every plan includes the full workflow. Higher plans provide more monthly credits, projects, and reviewer seats.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Limits are stated in plain numbers on your plan, so there is nothing hidden to run into. You can wait for your credits to renew or upgrade to a plan with a larger monthly allowance. Your connected work, drafts, and review history remain available either way.
Why not use a Claude or ChatGPT project?
For an occasional draft, that may be enough. General AI tools work from the context you assemble for each conversation. ReadyToEdit keeps your sources, drafts, revisions, and decisions connected as part of one continuing process. The next draft can build on the work and corrections that came before it instead of starting from another prompt and folder of files.
What does ReadyToEdit learn from my edits?
It looks for corrections you make repeatedly, such as removing exaggerated language, shortening introductions, or changing how something is explained. Those recurring decisions can guide future drafts so they begin closer to something you would approve. That learning lives in your workspace, never improves anyone else’s results, and your content is never used to train shared models.
Does it replace my editor?
No. It gives your editor a stronger starting point. ReadyToEdit reduces the time spent gathering context, explaining the direction, and finding supporting material. Your editor still makes the creative and production decisions.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Plans are billed month to month with no long-term contract.
