Account information — your name and email, handled by our authentication provider (Clerk) when you sign up.

The content you connect — repository activity, social posts and their public metrics, documents, images, and recordings you choose to sync or upload. ReadyToEdit ingests only what you connect, and connections are read-only.

Usage analytics — which features are used, so we can tell what is working. No analytics are sold or shared for advertising.

To do the job you connected it for: finding angles, drafting scripts, and building editor-ready handoffs grounded in your own work.

What ReadyToEdit learns from your edits and review decisions is stored in your workspace and used only to improve your drafts. It is never used to improve results for anyone else.

Your content is not used to train shared or third-party models. Drafts are generated through AWS Bedrock, which does not train on your content either.

Infrastructure only, under contract: Clerk (authentication), Neon (Postgres database), Amazon Web Services (model access and file storage), SocialKit (read-only social syncing), and PostHog (product analytics). We do not sell personal data.

If you connect Google Drive, ReadyToEdit can read only the files you pick in Google’s own file picker. It cannot see anything else in your Drive, and it never changes or deletes anything there.

Files you pick are used only to provide the features you asked for: reading their transcript and frames so they can be searched and used in your drafts. They are not used to train any model, and they are not transferred to anyone except the infrastructure providers above, as needed to provide those features.

You can disconnect Google Drive at any time, from ReadyToEdit or from your Google account’s security settings. ReadyToEdit’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Everything you ingest is browsable and deletable from inside the app while your account is active.

If you close your account, email us and we delete your workspace and its content. Backups age out on a fixed schedule after that.
